Jillian Bellows

Jillian is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach that is passionate about training people to build strength. Her knowledge, energy and enthusiasm will help you progress and create change.

Grace Harker

Grace is a certified fitness instructor and been with Altman Fitness for 2 years. She knows how to deliver effective strength training programming and has amazing energy in class. 

Kelly Altman

"As a personal trainer and certified holistic health coach I am passionate about helping people feel amazing and create healthy habits and results that last. I'm also a mom to 4 incredible humans which means I have to get creative when it comes to fitting in time to take care of myself. As we age our bodies naturally will lose muscle mass, affecting our quality of life and our metabolic health. It's crucial to take the time to do resistance exercise and even 10 min a day can make a big difference over time. I created this challenge for everyone who wants a boost and some accountability as I believe our health is the most important asset we have.  "
