I got out of the habit of working out and eating healthy, and the pandemic gave me a lot of excuses to not get back into it. I tried multiple virtual programs, but for me, I really need community to help motivate me and hold me accountable.
I am a caretaker by nature and by trade, and I struggle to prioritize my self care. I have worked with Kelly in the past, and she has a loving way of challenging me to prioritize myself without the self-guilt that often comes with putting myself first.

Because of the pandemic and trying to meet the demands at my current job, I have had increased screen time in front of my computer. As a result, that takes a toll on my shoulders, neck and upper back. Also, I am always 'on-the-go' and need to learn how to slow down and consider self-care. I am not nearly as active as I used to be.
That is why I am excited for 'Stronger in 6'! I feel that it will help kickstart my fitness journey again. Not only will it give me an opportunity to reset my mind and body framework - but also provide me the resiliency to bounce back into the everyday grind.

Getting in an Altman Workout (or several!) is such a welcome part of my week. The workout goes so quickly and I come away feeling accomplished. Our Mission is to help you feel strong and powerful in your body and your mind. 

This program will be led by Kelly Altman, CPT and Holistic Health Coach, and Alicia Vega, CPT and Certified Nutrition Coach.  

You will be guided through workouts in the Altman Fitness gym or on-line that will help challenge and change your fitness. You will be on a TEAM where you will be earning points to help your team WIN! 

There will also be weekly topics and discussions on relevant information you will need to know to increase your strength and fitness such as rest and recovery,  fueling your body, and how to set goals that you stay motivated to achieve. 

This is not about being perfect, this is about practicing showing up for yourself and taking small actions that can build over the weeks and make getting stronger and leaner easy!

Our goal is to show you that even in this crazy time YOU can be put on your schedule and do things that make you feel great.
